	Rooms The Comeau Family, graciously welcome you to their restored 1920 Victorian-Acadian home located in Baie Sainte-Marie’s, Little Brook neighbourhood. This unique home is located on an ocean front property with a natural shoreline on the longest main street in the world. Surrounded by a bilingual community, the Inn is close to the only French university in Nova Scotia, Université Sainte-Anne, an 18-hole golf course, and it is just a short distance from sandy beaches and parks. Le Château d’la Baie is close to Digby Neck, Long and Briar Islands, the international ferry to Portland and Bar Harbor, Maine, a ferry service to St John, New Brunswick, and many shops, art galleries and fine restaurants.
	All rooms are sunny, unique and comfortably decorated with antiques. Choose from a cozy, romantic room for two to a two-bedroom suite for a family of five. All rooms, newly renovated, have private baths, are non-smoking and include cable TV, ceiling fans, and wireless Internet access. Guests wake up each morning to the aroma of home made muffins and freshly brewed coffee, part of the delicious continental breakfast awaiting you on the main floor. Enjoy eating breakfast in our dining room, our spacious ocean viewing back deck, or on our enclosed side and front porches.
	Room 2 is located on the second floor in the front of the Inn and features a queen size bed. This spacious room offers a round sitting area with a limited view of the ocean. It includes a four-piece ensuite bath. Rates: $115.00 - $129.00 (Single or Double Occupancy)
	Room 5 is located on the second floor, in the back of the Inn, with an elevated breathtaking view of St Mary’s Bay. The room features a queen size bed and a single Murphy bed. It includes a four-piece ensuite bath. Rates: $115.00 - $129.00 (Single or Double Occupancy)
	Room 7 is located on the first floor, in the back of the Inn, overlooking St Mary’s Bay and features a queen size bed and a double Murphy bed. This room is accessible via an indoor ramp, and may double as a suite via adjoining doors with room 6. It includes a four-piece ensuite bath. Rates: $115.00 - $129.00 (Single or Double Occupancy)
	Room 4 is located on the second floor, in the center of the Inn, and features two double beds. The room includes a four-piece ensuite bath. Rates: $115.00 - $129.00 (Single or Double Occupancy)
	Room 3 is located on the second floor of the Inn. The room features a round sitting area with a spectacular view of St. Mary’s Bay sunsets. This room features a queen size bed and a four-piece ensuite bath. Rates: $95.00 - $99.00 (Single or Double Occupancy)
	Room 1 is located on the second floor in the front of the Inn and features a double bed. This room has a limited view of the ocean. A four-piece ensuite bath is included. Rates: $85.00 - $99.00 (Single or Double Occupancy)
	Room 6 is located on the first floor in the back, adjoining to room 7. The room features its own outdoor entrance, a queen size bed and a double Murphy bed. The private bath has a shower only. Rates: $99.00 - $109.00 (Single or Double Occupancy)
	Reservations We suggest reservations be made by phone or Internet as far ahead as possible. To confirm a reservation, a credit card number is required. Château d’la Baie B&B Inn accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Debit, and cash. Rates Schedule: In-Season (May 01 to October 31): $95.00 - $129.00, Single or Double Occupancy. Off-Season (November 01 to April 30, except holidays): $85.00 - $115.00, Single or Double Occupancy. Nova Scotia harmonized tax is 14%. Add $10.00 for an additional person. Cancellation/Refund Policy: You may cancel or shorten your reservation, without a penalty 48 hours days prior to your arrival. Check-in time is between 4:00 and 8:00 P.M. Special arrangements can be made for either early or late arrivals. Check-out time is 11:00 A.M., however, guests may relocate their luggage to our holding area, on the first floor. This allows our staff to properly prepare the rooms for the arrival of our next guests. Smoking is not permitted in the Inn for safety reasons as well as for the comfort of other guests.
